These terms are a plain-English agreement between you and ClipBridge (“we,” “us”), operated by Ahmed Jola in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. By installing or using the ClipBridge apps or website (the “Service”), you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Service.
ClipBridge syncs clipboard content between devices you control, using end-to-end encryption. You are responsible for the devices you connect and for keeping your pairing code private — anyone with your code can read clips sent within your pairing.
You agree not to use the Service to break the law, infringe others’ rights, transmit malware, or attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users. We may suspend access that abuses the Service or these terms.
We work hard to make ClipBridge reliable, but we provide it “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, availability, or that it will be error-free or uninterrupted. You use it at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, profits, opportunities, or content, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service — for example, a clip that fails to sync, is delayed, or does not arrive. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the claim (which may be zero during the free beta).
Your clipboard content is yours. Because it is end-to-end encrypted, we cannot access it, and we claim no rights to it. You are solely responsible for what you sync.
Paid features, if any, are sold and billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play under their terms, including their refund policies. Prices and features may change; we’ll give notice of material changes where practical.
We may update the Service or these terms over time. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. You may stop using the Service at any time by uninstalling the apps.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Nothing here removes any consumer rights you have that cannot be waived under applicable law.
